My worst habits range from food to behavior including breathing wrong and making plans that constantly fall through. I’m a confirmed, lifelong junk-food junkie – which makes it that much harder to change because those “bad” foods are my “comfort” foods which bring back the childhood memories that please me most.
For example, I have been drinking Coca-Cola since I was an 8-month-old baby in a high chair with my daddy giving it to me. My granny always had a Coke in the icebox for me. They’re no longer with me, but the soft drink remains.
Doesn’t everything in life seem to revolve around meals? Think about it. We eat 3-6 times daily depending on our habits. We share meals with coworkers, friends and other loved ones. And that’s during the two-thirds of the day that we’re even awake?
But my worst habits are also my incentive to improve myself. So maybe there’s hope.
